Founding VIP Membership Terms

By purchasing a Founding VIP Membership, the purchaser and all named members agree to the following terms.

1. Membership Options

Only 26 total Founding VIP Memberships are available across all membership options.

Individual VIP Membership covers one named member.

Couple VIP Membership covers two named members.

Family VIP Membership covers up to four named members from the same household.

All members must be named at the time of purchase. Membership benefits may only be used by those named members.

2. Membership Term

The membership begins on the date of purchase and remains valid for one full year. It expires at closing on the first anniversary of the purchase date.

The membership does not automatically renew. Unused visits have no cash value and do not extend beyond the expiration date.

Temporary closures, holidays, private events, changes in operating hours, or days the member chooses not to visit do not automatically extend the membership term.

3. What the Membership Includes

Each named member receives unlimited Game Pass admission during Gouda Games’ public operating hours for the length of the membership.

The membership replaces the standard $5 Game Pass each time a named member visits. Members must check in upon arrival.

Membership provides Game Pass admission only. It does not guarantee a particular table, room, game, seat, or reservation. All seating, games, and spaces remain subject to availability and capacity.

Founding VIP benefits also include invitations to select VIP events and member appreciation days, monthly opportunities to vote on selected game additions, early registration for select events, special previews, and optional recognition. Dates, availability, and participation details may vary. Ticketed events and special programs are not included unless specifically identified as a VIP benefit.

4. What the Membership Does Not Include

The membership does not include:

Ticketed events or activities with separate admission

Special events with an additional charge

Tournament entry fees

Table or room reservations

Private rentals or private bookings

Visits outside public operating hours

Food, drinks, merchandise, or other purchases

Outside food fees, corkage fees, or other service charges

Any product, service, or experience not normally included with the standard $5 Game Pass

5. Named Member Requirements

Memberships are personal, nontransferable, and may not be shared, resold, or used to admit unnamed guests.

Gouda Games may request identification from adult members to confirm membership. Children and teenagers remain subject to Gouda Games’ age and supervision policies. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate member names. Corrections may be requested within seven days of purchase. Any later substitutions or changes require approval from Gouda Games.

6. Business Rules and Availability

All members must follow Gouda Games’ posted rules, safety requirements, age policies, and staff instructions.

Operating hours, available games, seating, programs, and business policies may change during the membership term. Admission remains subject to posted capacity limits, temporary closures, private bookings, and space availability.

7. Misuse or Rule Violations

Gouda Games may suspend or revoke a membership for fraud, sharing or transferring membership benefits, unsafe or disruptive conduct, harassment, property damage, or repeated violations of business policies.

A membership revoked because of misuse or serious rule violations will not be refunded except where required by law.

8. Payments and Refunds

Membership prices are one time charges and are subject to applicable taxes.

All membership sales are final and nonrefundable except where required by law. Memberships cannot be redeemed for cash, paused, prorated, transferred, or exchanged for another product or service.

This membership is a limited admission benefit and is not a gift card or stored value account.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the purchase and entering “I AGREE” during Square checkout, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Founding VIP Membership Terms on behalf of themselves and any additional named members included in the purchase.
